The Estorilista team returned monday to work after the victory against the Clube Desportivo das Aves. Before the work on the pitch the staff attended a lecture on nutrition, at a time when the holiday season is approaching.
The training was divided between the field, the gymnasium and the medical department, the latter attended mainly by the injured Thiago Cardoso, Gonçalo Brandão and Mano.
Tomorrow, a new work session is scheduled for 10 am at Jamor Training Center.
