Estoril Praia - Futebol, SAD informs that it has reached an agreement with Sporting Clube de Portugal for the permanent transfer of the sporting rights of athlete Rafael Moreira.   Rafael Moreira, 18-year-old winger, was part of the squad of the Estoril Praia U23, last season played 20 games for the juniors of the Cascais club and two for the team B.   To Rafael, Estoril Praia wishes the best personal and professional happiness.
