Press Release: Estoril Praia – Lusitano Ginásio

Estoril Praia - Futebol, SAD informs that the game of the 3rd round of the Portuguese Cup, between Estoril Praia and Lusitano Ginásio Clube, scheduled for this Sunday, November 22, at 3 pm, at the António Coimbra da Mota Stadium, no will take place on this date. In a statement sent today, the Portuguese Football Federation informed Estoril Praia SAD that the postponement of the match is due to confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the squad of the Lusitano Ginásio Clube. In the same statement, the FPF rescheduled the match for December 9th, at the António Coimbra da Mota Stadium. To the members of the Lusitano Ginásio Clube squad that tested positive for Covid-19, Estoril Praia - Futebol, SAD wishes a quick recovery. Estoril Praia - Futebol, SAD, as it has done on previous occasions, reiterates that health is and will always be in first place, being increasingly important that all of us, without exception, assume behaviors of respiratory etiquette, of using mask, disinfection or regular hand washing and physical distance.
