The under-23 team of Mágico Estoril Praia visited this Wednesday, November 18, the B SAD, for a match counting for round 7 of the Revelation League, played in the Sports Complex of Odivelas.
Vasco Botelho da Costa, U23 coach chose to start the match Nuno Macedo on goal, Tiago Manso, Vasco Oliveira, João Pedro Guerra and Lucas Silva on defense, Jet, Klismahn and Lucho Vega in midfield, Paulinho, Douglas Aurélio and Gilson Tavares as more advanced men on the field of play.
Estoril Praia started better and in the first 20 minutes of the match the line team could even have taken the lead, first by Gilson and then by Lucho Vega, but in a very disputed game and with a great physical component, the result until interval has not changed.
In the second half, B SAD scored following a kick from the penalty spot. In the move that gave rise to the penalty for the blues, Jet was sent off, leaving the Cascais team to play with 10 units, the 68th minute of the match was taking place.
Vasco Botelho da Costa, who in the first half had already been forced to work on the team, taking out the injured Lucas Silva and bringing in Gabriel Castro, was forced to change again in order to balance the team, took out Gilson Tavares and brought in Duarte Valente.
Even playing with 10 the canarinhos in a match lost their identity and sought equality, but already at the time of compensation, at a time when Estoril Praia was with 9 players on the field, Klismahn was receiving assistance outside the game rectangle, B SAD expanded the lead and reached 2-0 with the end of the match.
Despite the less positive result, Estoril Praia maintains the leadership of the South Zone of the Revelation League, with 14 points in 7 rounds played.
In the next match, Estoril Praia will host Sporting, with the match scheduled for 12 pm on November 25, at the National Stadium, in Jamor.
