Estoril Praia returned to the field this Sunday, against Varzim SC, with the message “Don’t stay out of the game” in front of the game shirts, in the space usually destined for the main sponsor, of the campaign launched in the second round of the Liga Portugal 2 Sabseg, by the Magician.
With the entry into force of the mandatory use of masks in public spaces, where physical distance is not possible, Estoril Praia returned to equip with blue and white – homage to health professionals – with the message “Don’t be offside” , reinforcing the role that we should all have in preventing the spread of Sars-Cov-2.
We recall the statements made by the President of SAD of Estoril Praia, Jeffrey Saunders, when the campaign was launched, highlighting the importance of wearing the mask for the fans to return to the stadiums:
«Above all the measures that can be implemented to allow the public to return to the stadiums, it will be the responsible behavior of the fans, inside and outside the stadiums, that will allow our ambition. As we have all learned in this new era, the use of the mask is essential to control the spread of the virus. The slogan of the campaign “Don’t be offside” is an appeal to supporters to wear a mask and take appropriate precautions to protect themselves and the people around them, thus allowing the epidemiological situation to be controlled and speeding up the return to the stadiums » .
It is everyone’s responsibility to follow good practices – “Don’t be offside. Use your mask.”
