Estoril Praia – Futebol, SAD informs that it has reached an agreement with the athlete Tote Gomes to renew the contractual link between the player and Club.
With the renewal of the contractual agreement, Tote Gomes in linked to Estoril Praia until June 30, 2022.
At the age of 21, the central defender, who can also play on the left side, arrived in Amoreira in the 2017/2018 season to represent the juniors of Mágico Estoril Praia, before he had represented the Dramático de Cascais (2016/2017) and Fontaínhas (2014 / 2015 and 2015/2016). In the 2018/2019 season, he joined the Estoril Praia sub23 team having played 29 games and scored 1 goal, also last season Tote played three games for the Canarinhos main team.
The 2019/2020 season did not start in the best way for the player, with an injury in the pre-season. The defender came back even stronger and has already played 4 games for the Estoril Praia Sub23, having scored 1 goal, in the 3-2 victory against Benfica in the champion qualification phase, at the António Coimbra da Mota Stadium.
Tote Gomes is one of the products of the Estoril Praia Center of Excellence, showing a good evolution in recent months, as evidenced by the data collected by the Medical and Performance Unit of the club.
