Pedro Duarte, hitherto coach of the U23 team, takes over from today the technical command of the main team of Estoril Praia.
The 39-year-old has as main scrolls in the curriculum the title of national champion of under-19 in 2013/2014, while coach of Sporting de Braga.
After an international experience from 2016 to 2018 at China’s Tianjin Teda FC, Pedro Duarte returned to Portugal in 2018, where he was assistant coach of Sporting da Covilhã, the club against which he will debut in LigaPro as head coach, next Saturday, January 11th from 3 pm.
Pedro Duarte has collaborated since the beginning of the season with Estoril Praia, as coach of the under-23 team, who is in fourth place in the Liga Revelação with 39 points, just behind Sporting, Benfica and Rio Ave.
