Sunday, Estoril Praia receives CD Tondela in a game for the Portuguese Cup 2018/2019, at Estádio António Coimbra da Mota.
Coach Luís Freire said in advance that “we will face Tondela, an opponent of the first league, a very competitive and very well organized team. We want to continue to demonstrate our value in the Portuguese Cup, and we have the opportunity against a team from a higher league to show that we have quality. We want to achieve, in our 11th official game, the 7th victory of the season, now in a competition which will require us not only quality, but also a lot of concentration, high intensity and an important capacity to overcome.”
“Our main focus is the championship, but this group is committed to entering all competitions with the goal of taking Estoril as far as possible, honoring their name, valuing the game and always demonstrating the ambition to win. Being on Ledman LigaPro does not limit our ambition and this was a commitment we made. The challenge is great and the motivation to be present in the next round is proportional. The whole group knows that we are playing three competitions and everyone is prepared to be called to represent our club, “added Luís Freire.

The game between Estoril Praia and CD Tondela is scheduled for 3 pm this Sunday, at Estádio António Coimbra da Mota, and the opening of doors at 2 pm.
