Rafik Halliche, who defended the colors of Estoril Praia during the 2017/2018 season, heads to Moreira de Cónegos to join the Moreirense FC squad in 2018/2019.
The 31-year-old defender was one of the references of the Estorilista squad during his time in Amoreira, being an example of professionalism in locker room, as well as within the four pitch lines.
