Fernando Fonseca has been called by Rui Jorge to the Under-21 games with Romania and Switzerland, scheduled for 11 and 14 November. The games count towards the qualifying stage of Euro 2019, which will take place in Italy.
The Under-21 Team is part of Group 8, where they are still the counterparts from Wales, Bosnia Herzegovina and Liechtenstein. The Romanians lead with 10 points.
