The draw for the third round of the Taça de Portugal Placard, where Estoril Praia – like the other clubs in the Liga NOS – enters, is scheduled for Thursday afternoon at 17:30 in the City of Football.
Forty-six emblems were cleared in the second round of the queen, with some surprises to the mix. SC Ideal, Académica, Santa Clara, Vilafranquense, Nacional, Famalicão, SC Vila Real, Amarante, Vizela, Academico de Viseu, Moura, Merelinense, Cova da Piedade, Leixões, União da Madeira, Arouca, CF Vasco Gama, Caldas, Anadia, AR S. Martinho, União Torcatense, Felgueiras 1932, Cesarense, Espinho, UD Leiria, Sintrense, Freamunde, Operário, Sanjoanense, Canelas 2010, Pinhalnovense, Fatima, Casa Pia, União Torreense, Lusitano Ginásio Club, ARC Oleiros, Gafanha, Olhanense , Farense, UD Alta Lisboa, Coruchense, Vilaverdense, Oliveirense, Alcains, Praiense and Oriental are the clubs cleared.
On the other hand the Estorilista team started this Monday the preparation of the match with SC Braga, game to count for the eighth round of Liga NOS. Right-back Mano came on the pitch to make a run, left-back Abner trained in a conditioned way, while goalkeeper Luís Ribeiro and center Thiago Cardoso are still handed over to the medical department.
Goalkeeper João Augusto and midfielder Pestana, from the club’s training camp, participated in the first working session of the week. This Tuesday the squad returns to train at 10 o’clock, in Amoreira, at the open door.
