The Estoril Praia team travels today to Madeira, where they will face Marítimo in the game to count towards the second phase of the Taça da Liga CTT. Before his departure for the island, coach Pedro Emanuel spoke about the game and about an opponent that considers “strong” and that already this time “fought in a very important competition also for the Portuguese football”.
“We are going to find a strong opponent but we want to move on to the group stage” said the estorilista coach.
“I’m going to present my ideal team, regardless of whether it’s the Taça da Liga, Liga or Taça de Portugal. Let’s play with those who have the best conditions to represent Estoril’s eleven,” he said, answering questions about significant changes in the team.
It is recalled that the game is scheduled for 18 hours on Friday and will take place at the Estádio do Marítimo.
