Estoril Praia went to Setúbal to face Vitoria FC in the presentation game to the fans, fulfilling the calendar with the sixth match this pre-season. Final score resulted in 2-3 to the team led by Pedro Emanuel.
Vasco Fernandes aimed and scored the first one at 21’, following a free-kick by Nuno Pinto; Pedro Monteiro made the second at 53’, after a cross pass by Carlinhos that tied the result in his first goal wearing Estoril’s colours. The third goal came at 75’ following a penalty, in a score managed by Rafinha’s insistency. Estoril toied the match yet again with a score by Aylton Boa Morte at 78’ and the winning goal was signed by João Gurgel at 92’.
The kick off team featured: Moreira, Mano, Gonçalo Brandão, Pedro Monteiro, Joel, Wesley, Eduardo, Carlinhos, Allano, Jorman Aguilar and Kléber, in an afternoon that would eventually showcase all the players available for the match.
The team is back to work this Thursday at Estádio António Coimbra da Mota in an open door practice scheduled for 5pm.
