1. Following the events that took place on January 15th 2018, during the match between Estoril Praia – Futebol, SAD and Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD, the 18th round of Liga NOS, and that resulted in the interruption of the game due to widely known reasons, we hereby inform that the second half of the game will be held on February 21st 2018, 6pm at Estádio António Coimbra da Mota.
2. As stated in the Liga Portuguesa de Futebol Profissional – Competitions Regulations, all ticket holders are entitled to exchange their tickets for a new one until the eve of the last work-day prior to the match completion.
3. To the bearers of tickets to the WEST STAND (sectors A, B, C, D, E, F, G) will be granted a new ticket to the same location, no extra cost.
4. To the bearers of tickets to the EAST STAND (sectors L, M, N, O, P) that wish to attend the second half of the match, due to the temporary changes to the access conditions of the Stadium, related to the intervention in the service areas and unrelated to security issues, will be granted a new ticket to the NORTH STAND (sectors H, I, J, K) and, going beyond the mandatory obligations of Estoril Praia – Futebol, SAD, ticket bearers will be exceptionally reimbursed with the amount corresponding to half of the difference of cost between the two tickets.
In this case, ticket bearers for EAST STAND (sector N) besides the new ticket will receive the amount of 4€; the bearers of tickets to EAST STAND (sectors L, M, O, P), besides the new ticket will be given a total of 1,5€.
5. To the bearers of tickets to the EAST STAND (sectors L, M, N, O, P) that do not wish to attend the second half of the match, Estoril Praia – Futebol, SAD, will exceptionally and going beyond mandatory regulation, reimburse the amount corresponding to half the cost of their ticket.
In this case, ticket bearers to EAST STAND (sector N) will be granted a total of 10€; ticket bearers for EAST STAND (sectors L, M, O, P) will be given a total of 7,5€.
6. To the bearers of tickets to the NORTH STAND (sectors H, I, J, K) acquired at Futebol Clube to Porto – Futebol, SAD, will be granted a new ticket at the EAST STAND (sectors L, M, N, O, P), without further charge.
Ticket exchanges and/or reimbursements will only be granted at the same location where they were originally bought and only when full ticket is presented.
To allow exchange and/or reimbursement of tickets bought at Estádio António Coimbra da Mota, the ticket office at Entrance 1 will be functioning from 10 am until 6 pm on February 18th and 19th 2018.
